Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], November 6: Shares of Bright Outdoor Media Limited are in focus after the company received in-principle approval from the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) to migrate from the SME platform to the Main Board. The company’s listing on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) Main Board is scheduled for November 6, 2026.
The development marks a significant milestone for the outdoor advertising company, which made its stock market debut on the BSE SME platform on March 24, 2023. The proposed migration and NSE listing are expected to enhance the company’s visibility among institutional and retail investors while potentially improving trading liquidity.
On the financial front, Bright Outdoor Media reported a 20.7% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations to ₹153.03 crore in FY26, while net profit rose 26.1% to ₹24.05 crore, reflecting improved operational performance.
The company has also expanded its advertising portfolio through major infrastructure-linked projects, including advertising rights for Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1 and railway advertising locations between Vile Parle and Kandivali.
Additionally, Bright Outdoor operates over 50 large-format digital LED billboards and has introduced Bright 360, an integrated branding and advertising initiative aimed at expanding its service offerings.
As of 11:05 AM on Friday, shares were trading at ₹377.90, up 0.8%, with a market capitalisation of approximately ₹818 crore.
The Main Board developments could broaden investor participation as the company continues expanding its presence in India’s out-of-home advertising market.
