Apollo Micro Systems Shares in Focus as 1.43 Crore Equity Shares Listed on NSE, BSE After Warrant Conversion
Apollo Micro Systems Ltd will remain in focus after the company announced that 1,42,94,072 equity shares allotted upon the conversion of convertible warrants have been listed and admitted for trading on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the BSE with effect from July 23, 2026. The shares were issued on a preferential basis to non-promoter investors.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the newly listed shares were allotted in three tranches following warrant conversions completed on June 8, June 17, and June 23, 2026. Trading approvals for all three allotments were granted by the NSE and BSE on July 22, 2026, enabling the shares to commence trading from July 23.
The allotments comprise:
- 33,85,362 equity shares allotted on June 8, 2026.
- 87,65,615 equity shares allotted on June 17, 2026.
- 21,43,095 equity shares allotted on June 23, 2026.
Together, these total 1,42,94,072 equity shares, all issued pursuant to the conversion of convertible warrants held by non-promoter investors.
The company stated that all the newly issued equity shares rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares in all respects. The shares have been listed under the existing ISIN INE713T01028 and will remain under a lock-in period until January 23, 2027, in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations governing preferential allotments.
Separate notices issued by the NSE and BSE confirmed the listing and trading approval for each tranche of shares. The exchanges noted that the shares were issued at an issue price of ₹114 per share, including a premium of ₹113 per share, following the conversion of preferential warrants.
The listing marks the completion of the conversion process for these preferential warrants, increasing the company’s outstanding equity capital while making the converted shares available for trading on the stock exchanges.
