“Character, Competence, Commitment: DigiBirds360 Hosts Landmark Leadership Session with Former MSME Deputy Director Dr. B. P. Singh”
A Faridabad Digital Agency Turns Inward to Build Its Most Valuable Asset: “Its People”.
Faridabad (Haryana) [India], July 13: When most growing companies talk about transformation, they mean new tools, new clients, or new markets. Last week, DigiBirds360 chose to look somewhere quieter and far more enduring: at its own people. In a single, energising weekday afternoon, the Faridabad-based digital marketing and SEO agency brought its entire team face-to-face with one of India’s most respected voices in entrepreneurship and institutional leadership, Dr. B. P. Singh, IEDS (Retd.), Former Deputy Director, Ministry of MSME, Government of India.
The session, titled “Corporate Excellence & Leadership Transformation,” was curated exclusively for DigiBirds360. It was not a lecture. It was a recalibration of mindset, built around a single, unifying idea: “TEAM: Together Everyone Achieves More.”
A Leader Who Has Walked the Talk
Leading the session was Dr. B. P. Singh, IEDS (Retd.), Former Deputy Director at the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. A UPSC-selected MSME officer of the 1997 batch, he holds a Doctorate in Management, an MBA in International Business, and a degree in Electrical Engineering. Over a distinguished career, he has mentored startups, supported innovation projects, and strengthened entrepreneurship ecosystems across India, including demanding postings in North East India such as Mizoram and Manipur, and a decade of technical work at the MSME Testing Centre in New Delhi.

“Machines produce products, but people create success with their character,” Dr Singh told the audience, setting the tone for a session that placed human values firmly at the centre of professional achievement. It was a theme he returned to again and again: technology changes daily, but the timeless foundations of trust, discipline, and ownership never go out of date.
Dr. Singh opened with a thought that set the tone for the entire afternoon:
“Technology runs on systems — but organisations grow through people.”
Machines produce products, he reminded the team, but it is people, through their character and conduct, who create lasting success.
From that premise, the session unfolded as a structured journey through the building blocks of professional excellence, each principle anchored to a memorable formula the team could carry back to their desks the very next morning.
Building Blocks of Excellence
Dr. Singh moved briskly through a sequence of ideas, weaving anecdotes, humour and sharp one-liners into each. Several landed with particular force.
Character is the foundation. Integrity, honesty, and ethics combine to build trust, and without trust, he stressed, there is no team, no leadership, and no growth. He defined character memorably as “who you are when no one is watching.”
Attitude decides altitude. Skill may open the door, but attitude decides how far one walks through it. A single positive professional, he noted, lifts the entire team’s altitude.
Discipline is the bridge to achievement. Small daily disciplines, compounded over time, build big future success captured in his crisp equation, “Discipline × Time = Achievement.”
Commitment beats convenience. Drawing a sharp line between interested people and committed people, Dr. Singh observed that the committed finish precisely what convenience would abandon.
Ownership over excuses. He urged the team to replace “It’s not my job” with “How can I help solve it?” reframing every challenge as an opportunity to add value.
He went on to cover effective communication, problem-solving, continuous learning, self-leadership, time management, and a customer-first philosophy, each delivered with an energy that kept the room engaged from the first minute to the last.
3C Signature Formula
The intellectual centrepiece of the session was Dr. Singh’s 3C Success Formula, tailored specifically for DigiBirds360:
Character + Competence + Commitment = Excellent Corporate Results
He decoded each “C” in turn (Character building trust, Competence building capability, and Commitment building results) and extended it with his 4L Formula for Great Leaders: Learn, Lead, Lift, and Legacy. True leadership, he reminded everyone, begins with self-leadership: “Before leading others, lead yourself.”
Mathematics of Habit
One of the afternoon’s most talked-about moments was Dr. Singh’s illustration of compounding growth. Improving just 1% every single day, he showed, compounds into a 37× transformation over the course of a year. It was a vivid, data-backed reminder that excellence is not a one-time event, but the steady habit of a success mindset.
What the Session Meant for the Team?
For DigiBirds360, the session was far more than a corporate talk. It was a shared moment of alignment around values the company intends to carry forward.
“Sessions like these remind us that our biggest asset isn’t our technology or our processes; it’s our people,” said Mohit Singh, Founder, DigiBirds360. “Dr. Singh didn’t just motivate the team for an afternoon. He gave them a vocabulary for excellence they’ll use for years.”
Dr. Singh framed the day in similarly enduring terms.
“Skill and technology will keep changing,” said Dr. B. P. Singh, IEDS (Retd.) “What stays constant is character, discipline and commitment. A team that builds on those three will succeed in any era.” He closed with characteristic warmth: a heartfelt “Thank you so much, you all.”
A Pledge to Carry Forward
The session concluded with the DigiBirds360 team embracing a Professional Pledge: a commitment to honesty, discipline, continuous learning, respect, ownership, and contributing to the organisation’s growth.
Dr. Singh tied the day’s lessons directly to the company’s identity, decoding DigiBirds360 as Digital, Innovation, Growth, Intelligence, Branding, Integrity, Results, Development and Solutions; a 360° commitment to complete business transformation.
The Road Ahead
As DigiBirds360 continues to scale its work across SEO, AEO, GEO, content strategy and digital marketing for clients in India and abroad, the principles shared by Dr. B. P. Singh have given its people a timeless foundation. In a fast-moving industry where tools and tactics shift constantly, the agency has chosen to invest in something that does not expire: build character, sharpen competence, and stay committed.
In a business built on people, that may be the most durable strategy of all.
