Elitecon International Shares Jump 10% After Board Strengthens Leadership Team to Drive Operational Revival

Shares of Elitecon International Ltd witnessed strong buying interest on Tuesday, surging 10 percent to an intraday high of Rs 18.90, compared to its previous closing price of Rs 17.19, following the company’s announcement of key leadership appointments aimed at accelerating its operational revival. The stock has touched a 52-week high of Rs 46.40 and a 52-week low of Rs 15.30.

The company recently informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Shri Vipin Sharma and Shri Pradeep Kumar as Executive Additional Directors with effect from July 22, 2026, subject to shareholders’ approval. The appointments were cleared during the Board meeting held on the same day and are part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its leadership as banking operations resume and its turnaround efforts gain momentum.

Promoter Returns to Spearhead Revival

Elitecon International stated that Shri Vipin Sharma, a promoter and second-generation entrepreneur, has returned to an executive role after stepping away from active corporate responsibilities in April 2026. He previously served as the company’s Managing Director and played a significant role in transforming Elitecon into a diversified enterprise by expanding its manufacturing footprint, strengthening its brand portfolio, and increasing its international presence.

The company believes his return will provide strategic direction as it continues to execute its revival plans.

Industry Veteran Joins Leadership Team

The Board has also appointed Shri Pradeep Kumar, currently a Director of Golden Cryo Private Limited, a subsidiary of Elitecon International. He brings over 23 years of experience in large-scale construction and infrastructure, along with five years of experience in tobacco industry operations. The company expects his operational expertise to support ongoing business revival initiatives.

Elitecon International further stated that it plans to strengthen its leadership team by inducting experienced key managerial personnel and independent directors over the coming months.
