Actress Saisha Bhasin Khan Continues Her Bollywood Journey With Upcoming Releases Perfect Dad and Ishq Wala Love

About Saisha Bhasin Khan

Originally from Kolkata, Saisha completed her schooling at Jewish Girl’s School and went on to earn a degree in English Honours from Surendranath College. She began training in dance during childhood, an early foundation that later informed her transition into modelling, music videos, and eventually film and television acting.

Over the course of her career, Saisha has featured in the film “A Morning in Kashmir” in a lead role, and in the MX Player web series “Awful Night,” where she played the character Trishna. Her music video credits include “Adhoore Nagame,” “Ishare,” “Tere Utte,” and “Meri Rooh Mein,” along with collaborations such as “Minna Minna” with composer Preet Dhaliwal and “Banja Tu Banda” with producer Vine Arora.

Recent Release

Saisha recently featured in the theatrically released film “Dil Deewana Ho Gaya,” directed by Rajiv Shyamlal Soni, in which she played the role of a doctor — adding another credit to her expanding and increasingly diverse body of work.

Upcoming Projects

Saisha’s most anticipated upcoming release is “Perfect Dad,” produced by Vine Arora and directed by Gurdev K Aneja. The film follows the story of a father and his three daughters, with Saisha cast in the role of a main parallel lead. The film is expected to release in theatres by the end of this year.

She also has “Ishq Wala Love” on her upcoming slate, which is expected to release in February 2027.

On Her Approach to Acting

Speaking about how she selects her projects, Saisha said, “None of the roles are bad or good. We must understand our character and give our best.” The actress has said she remains open to working on any meaningful project, with a focus on scripts and characters that offer genuine substance rather than simply visibility.

About the Projects

“Perfect Dad” marks a significant role for Saisha as she takes on a central, emotionally driven part in a story centred on family relationships. Produced by Vine Arora and directed by Gurdev K Aneja, the film is currently among the notable upcoming titles in Saisha’s filmography, with further updates expected closer to its release.

“Ishq Wala Love,” slated for a February 2027 release, adds to Saisha’s growing list of confirmed upcoming projects, reflecting a career built with long-term planning in mind.
