Sound of Som Productions: Redefining Independent Entertainment with Original Stories, Music & Culture

A Creative Studio Built on Originality

Unlike conventional production houses that specialize in a single medium, Sound of Som Productions operates as a complete creative ecosystem.

Its dedicated divisions include Sound of Som Originals, producing films, documentaries, web series, and original screen content; Sound of Som Musicals, focused on original songs, music videos, devotional music, and cinematic compositions; and Sound of Som Animations, an emerging division developing original animated stories inspired by Indian narratives.

This integrated approach enables the studio to maintain a consistent creative identity across all its productions.

Preserving Culture Through Storytelling

A defining philosophy of Sound of Som Productions is promoting Indian culture through contemporary media.

The company reimagines traditions through cinema, music, literature, documentaries, and visual storytelling, making cultural narratives relevant for modern audiences. Alongside original productions, it actively collaborates with writers, musicians, poets, and artists whose work reflects India’s rich cultural diversity.

A Growing Portfolio

The studio develops content across multiple formats, including feature films, documentaries, short films, podcasts, music videos, and digital productions.

Upcoming projects include Daag, Ora Golpo noy Sotti – an original horror anthology series, microdrama productions, feature films, documentaries, thriller and suspense films, as well as musical concepts such as Mehfil and Poetry Meets Music. Every project emphasizes emotionally engaging storytelling supported by original music and cinematic visuals.
