Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], August 18: Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has commenced trading of its equity shares on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) Main Board, marking its transition to a dual-listed company alongside its existing listing on the BSE.
The company’s shares were admitted to dealings on the NSE with effect from *Monday, August 17, 2026, under the symbol BLUECLOUDS. The company continues to be listed on the BSE under scrip code 539607.
92.31 Crore Shares Admitted to NSE
A total of 92,30,81,600 equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each have been admitted for trading on the NSE Main Board. The securities have been admitted under the permitted-to-trade category for companies that are already listed on another recognised stock exchange.

According to the company, the NSE admission is expected to widen access to its shares among retail and institutional investors, deepen liquidity and support the creation of a broader and more diversified shareholder base. For FY26, Blue Cloud Softech reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,002 crore, representing a 26% year-on-year increase. EBITDA stood at ₹126.13 crore, up 78%, while profit after tax rose 37% to ₹60.50 crore. The company reported FY26 EPS of ₹1.13.
The growth continued into the first quarter of FY27. Consolidated revenue increased 41.9% year-on-year to ₹292.53 crore, while EBITDA rose to ₹59.61 crore, compared with ₹10.4% EBITDA margin a year earlier. Q1 FY27 profit after tax stood at ₹17.95 crore, up 24.7% year-on-year.
Company Sees NSE Listing as Capital-Market Milestone
The company said its market capitalisation had remained above the NSE’s stated eligibility threshold of ₹1,500 crore on a six-month average basis, alongside a clean compliance and investor-grievance record. The Board had approved the NSE listing initiative on April 30, 2026.
