Separately, the Company’s listing on the Main Board of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) is scheduled for November 6, 2026.
These developments mark an important step in the Company’s journey, reflecting its progress since its listing on the BSE SME Platform on March 24, 2023. At the time, Bright Outdoor Media Limited became the first OOH company to get listed on the stock exchange, setting an important milestone for the industry.

Since its listing in March 2023, Bright Outdoor Media Limited has focused on building a stronger and more diversified OOH advertising business. It currently operates more than 50 large-format Digital LED Billboards across strategic, high-visibility locations.
