Beyond Money & Wealth: Relationships That Last Generations

The group calls its philosophy BMW, Beyond Money & Wealth. Today’s families look for continuity, a trusted single point of contact and conversations that are not sales-first. Guided by the idea “For Families • By a Family,” the firm is nurturing its next generation from within. Nirek, a commerce graduate, leads Mutual Funds and Insurance. The founder’s daughter, a psychotherapist, brings the human dimension to family conversations. CA Bhavya Shah leads Alternatives, Global Investments and Loans.

Looking ahead, the group is creating Calm Farm, an experience centre designed for families to pause, talk and reconnect while thoughtfully building their legacies. It is meant to strengthen family relationships.

Inspiring trust since 1994. Building legacies. Strengthening generations.

Beyond Money & Wealth: Building Legacies That Last Generations

In an industry often driven by products and targets, Haardik Nayak Financial Products Distribution Pvt. Ltd. has chosen a different starting point: people. For over 32 years, the Haardik Nayak Group has grown from Navsari, a Tier-3 city near Surat, Gujarat, on the belief that wealth management is about relationships that compound across generations.

The BMW Philosophy

The group describes its approach as BMW, Beyond Money & Wealth. Successful families today increasingly look for more than financial products. They value continuity across generations, a trusted single point of contact and guidance that does not begin with a sales pitch. By placing a family’s long-term goals and conversations at the centre, the firm aims to be a steady partner through every stage of life. This reflects a belief that trust is built through consistency, patience and open communication over many years, not through a single transaction.

For Families • By a Family

The firm’s own structure reflects its philosophy, as the next generation is being built within the founding family itself. Nirek, a commerce graduate, leads Mutual Funds and Insurance. The founder’s daughter, a psychotherapist, brings the human dimension to family conversations, recognising that money decisions are rarely only about numbers. CA Bhavya Shah, the founder’s son-in-law, leads Alternatives, Global Investments and Loans. Together, they offer families a team that understands planning across generations because it is doing the same.

Calm Farm: A Place to Pause

Believing that legacy needs a place where families can pause, talk and reconnect, the group is creating Calm Farm, an experience centre designed to bring families together, strengthen relationships and thoughtfully build legacies. Away from a conventional office setting, it is intended to make conversations about the future more open, honest and unhurried. Families may use the space to discuss values, responsibilities and aspirations together in a relaxed environment.

A Legacy of Trust

Since 1994, the group’s journey has been shaped by long-term relationships rather than short-term transactions. As the next generation takes on greater responsibilities, its commitment remains consistent: listen first, communicate clearly and keep the family at the centre of every conversation. At a time when many families are navigating wealth across generations, such continuity matters.
